Sample Blog
Nutrition
and Fitness by Maria Renard
Today,
for breakfast I had cereal with a cup of
milk. During lunch, I ate chicken beans, carrots, broccoli, and I
drank 2 bottles of water. For dinner, I had steak, brown rice, and a small
salad.
During
PE,
I ran one mile around the track.
I completed my run in exactly 10 minutes and 28 seconds. Since yesterday, I improved by about 1 minute.
I also did 10 pushups with more ease.
Last week, I struggled doing 7 pushups. Since I began to exercise and
eat healthier, I feel that I have more
energy during the day. I am also excited
about improving each week to become fit.
I want to look great and feel great for my personal well-being.
